Follow The Directions

For a richer flavor, try using Gruyere or Fontina cheese in addition to or instead of mozzarella.
If you prefer a thicker sauce, increase the cornstarch to 1 tablespoon.
A squeeze of lemon juice after baking adds a bright, fresh note.
Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or cauliflower.
