For a richer flavor, use full-fat coconut milk in place of some of the whole milk. Add a pinch of nutmeg along with the cinnamon for extra warmth. If you prefer a smoother pudding, blend a portion of the cooked pudding before adding the eggs and raisins. Serve with a dusting of extra cinnamon or a drizzle of maple syrup.
