For a smoother gravy, use an immersion blender to eliminate any remaining lumps after simmering. Adjust the amount of chicken bouillon to your preference. Taste and add more if needed. Fresh rosemary can be substituted for dried. Use about 1 teaspoon of fresh, finely chopped rosemary. If you want to make it gluten free, substitute the all-purpose flour with gluten free all-purpose flour.
