Follow The Directions

01

Step

Lightly coat the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray. (1 minute)

02

Step

In a large bowl, gently combine the thawed corn, heavy whipping cream, shredded Swiss cheese, and lightly beaten eggs. Season generously with freshly ground black pepper. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Pour the corn mixture into the prepared slow cooker, spreading evenly. (1 minute)

04

Step

Cover and cook on Low heat until the casserole is cooked through and the cheese is fully melted, approximately 4 to 4 1/2 hours. (240-270 minutes)

For a richer flavor, consider using Gruyere cheese in addition to, or in place of, the Swiss cheese.
If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the corn mixture before cooking.
Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives for an added touch of freshness.
