Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a large bowl, gently combine the ground turkey, corn flake crumbs, egg, chopped scallions, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, dried parsley, salt, and minced garlic. Be careful not to overmix. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet. (10 minutes)

04

Step

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, water, chile-garlic paste, and palm sugar until the sugar is dissolved. This is your flavorful glaze. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until they are no longer pink on the outside. (10 minutes)

06

Step

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and generously coat the meatballs with the prepared glaze. Return the meatballs to the oven and continue baking for another 10-12 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened and caramelized beautifully. (12 minutes)

For a richer flavor, try using toasted sesame oil.
If palm sugar isn't available, brown sugar makes a great substitute.
Serve these meatballs over rice or noodles for a complete and satisfying meal. Garnish with extra scallions and sesame seeds for an elegant touch.
