Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt. (2 minutes)

03

Step

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and chili garlic sauce until smooth. Spoon half of the sauce evenly over the salmon fillets. Reserve the remaining sauce for serving. (3 minutes)

04

Step

Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Then, turn the broiler on high and broil until the fish flakes easily with a fork, approximately 4-6 minutes. Keep a close eye to prevent burning. (14 minutes)

05

Step

While the salmon is baking, prepare the salad. In a separate bowl, gently combine the chopped cucumber, avocado, cilantro, 1 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt, and lime juice. Toss lightly to combine. (5 minutes)

06

Step

Once the salmon is cooked, drizzle with the reserved bang bang sauce. Serve immediately with the refreshing cucumber avocado salad.

For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a squeeze of lime juice to the bang bang sauce.
If you prefer a milder flavor, reduce the amount of chili garlic sauce to 1/2 teaspoon.
Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete and satisfying meal.
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions for a pop of color and added flavor.
