For best flavor, use the freshest herbs possible. Adjust the amount of garlic, vinegar, and red pepper flakes to suit your personal taste. If you don't have a food processor, you can finely chop all of the ingredients and mix them together by hand. The texture will be slightly different, but the flavor will still be fantastic. Chimichurri is best when allowed to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld. It can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
