For a richer flavor, try using chicken broth instead of water. Add a splash of white wine when cooking the mushrooms for extra depth of flavor. If you don't have fresh parsley, dried parsley can be substituted, but use half the amount. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
