Experiment with different types of white wine to find your perfect balance of flavors. A dry rosé would also be lovely. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to the syrup, according to your preference. This sangria can be made ahead of time. Just add the wine right before serving to maintain its effervescence.
