For extra flavor, try adding a smear of Dijon mustard to the inside of the bread before assembling the sandwich. Use a cast iron skillet for even heating and a perfectly crispy crust. Experiment with different cheeses, such as Gruyere, Havarti, or Pepper Jack. To keep the sandwiches warm while making multiple batches, place them on a baking sheet in a preheated 200°F oven.
