An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). (14-20 minutes)

For enhanced flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika to the turkey mixture.
If the turkey mixture is too wet, add a tablespoon more of almond flour to achieve the desired consistency.
