Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. (5 minutes)

02

Step
10 mins

Arrange broccoli florets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to evenly coat the broccoli and spread it into a single layer. Create four distinct spaces within the broccoli for the salmon fillets. Place each salmon fillet in one of the clearings. (10 minutes)

03

Step
5 mins

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and balsamic vinegar until well combined. Evenly spread this mixture over the top of each salmon fillet. Sprinkle each fillet with Greek seasoning. (5 minutes)

04

Step
15 mins

Bake in the preheated oven until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, approximately 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The broccoli should be tender-crisp. (12-15 minutes)

05

Step
2 mins

Remove the sheet pan from the oven. Squeeze fresh lemon juice from the lemon wedges over the entire sheet pan. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the salmon and broccoli. Serve immediately. (2 minutes)

For even faster cooking, use smaller broccoli florets.
If you don't have Greek seasoning blend, you can make your own by combining dried oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Feel free to add other vegetables to the sheet pan, such as bell peppers, red onion, or zucchini.
A drizzle of good quality olive oil after baking can enhance the flavors.
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the honey-mustard mixture.
