Follow The Directions

01

Step

Finely chop the habanero peppers and garlic in a mini food processor until no large chunks remain. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a blender, combine the chopped habaneros and garlic with the drained peaches, distilled white vinegar, dark molasses, honey, brown sugar, spicy brown mustard, paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, ground cumin, liquid smoke flavoring, ground coriander, ground ginger, and ground allspice. (2 minutes)

03

Step

Blend the mixture until it achieves a smooth and consistent texture. (3-5 minutes)

For a milder sauce, be meticulous about removing the seeds and membranes from the habanero peppers, as these contain most of the heat.
If you prefer a chunkier sauce, pulse the ingredients in the blender rather than blending continuously.
Store the habanero sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Its flavors will meld and deepen over time, and it typically lasts for up to 2 weeks.
Consider grilling the peaches before blending for a smoky sweetness that complements the habanero's heat.

Be careful with the habaneros! I used too many and it was almost inedible. Start small and add more to taste.
